Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).

Car Serpents offers PAN India shipping for all eligible products. The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the serviceability of the courier partner. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to remote locations, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, or unforeseen logistics delays. While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates under such circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including the correct name, address, contact number, and PIN code at the time of placing an order. Car Serpents will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package immediately. If you notice any transit damage or receive an incorrect product, contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.
