Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage and are not applicable for issues arising from improper or unauthorized installation. Refunds are processed after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection and are credited within 1–3 business days. Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their vehicle before purchase. Car Serpents is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
